1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words are used with the meanings stated below:

• "Platform" — The bai999 website (bai999.cam) and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
• "We" / "bai999" — The entity operating this platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created after registering on the platform.

• "Money" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of the legal identity verification process, bai999 may at any time request the necessary documents to confirm your identity. This process is called KYC (Know Your Customer).

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be requested.
• Verification may be mandatory before large withdrawal amounts.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is completed.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on bai999:

• Deposited funds must come only from the account owner's own payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed as quickly as possible after verification is complete.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to carry out additional verification.
• bai999 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on bai999. Accepting a bonus means accepting these conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• One bonus cannot be used together with another bonus unless explicitly stated.
• If bai999 suspects any bonus abuse or fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when playing any game or placing any bet on the platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in the case of a technical error on the platform.
• If any bet or game remains incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, the bet will be considered void and the money will be refunded.
• If a bet result is displayed incorrectly, the corrected result will be considered final.
• Multiple users working together on the same event to gain an unfair advantage (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• bai999's own odds-setting process applies to cricket, football and other sports betting.

7 VIP Program Terms

The bai999 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits increase as you move up each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Promotion or demotion in VIP tier is determined at the discretion of bai999. bai999 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using any software, bot or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or operations of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to bai999's systems or databases.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, graphics and information on the bai999 platform are the intellectual property of bai999 or its licensors. You may:

• View the platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not reuse, publish or distribute any content without prior written permission from bai999.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bai999 is not responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
• Account damage caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming always involves risk.

11 Privacy Policy

12 Account Suspension or Cancellation

bai999 may suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

In the event of account cancellation, any valid balance will be returned, however funds from bonuses or prohibited activities will be forfeited.

16 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and bai999. Anything stated verbally or in any other way prior to these Terms is replaced by this written agreement.

If any clause of these Terms becomes unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.
